Plaza got the prestigious Outstanding Paper Award at WHISPERS 2019.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ieee-whispers.com\/\">&#8220;10th Workshop on Hyperspectral Image and Signal Processing: Evolution in Remote Sensing&#8221; (WHISPERS 2019)<\/a> was hold in September 2019 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
